Holiday Commissions
When placing holiday orders or requesting commissions during this time, I will fill them on a first come first serve basis. I will complete commissions in the order in which they were received. I begin taking holiday commissions on September 1st. I will stop taking holiday orders and commission requests on December 11th at 12:00 noon (central time) for a completion date of December 23rd (this does apply to items that need to be shipped. If you need your commission order to be shipped, the deadline is December 7th at 12:00 noon CT.). Please place your holiday orders as early as possible in order to receive them in time for Christmas. During the holidays there may be possible delays during shipping due to increase volume for the postal services. Please understand that I have no control over this, but will do all I can to insure your items are sent out in a timely manner. All holiday commissions require a 50% deposit once I have approved your order request.
Shipping Info/Payment/Refund policy
On Paintings and Fine Art I offer FREE flat rate shipping with insurance included to anywhere in the U.S. Any rush orders will be paid by the buyer. Free shipping does not apply to oversized pieces (36" and over).
For International orders, please contact me by e-mail through my "Contact the Artist" page. A shipping rate will then be calculated and added to your paypal invoice before you place your order.
Pieces ship within 1 day after receiving cleared payment during business hours. If a purchase occurs on a weekend (Fri. after 12:00 p.m., Sat. or Sun.), pieces will be shipped the following Monday.
Preferred payment is through PayPal and can be done by clicking the "Buy now" button and following on screen instructions. You do not have to have an account with PayPal. You will need a credit card account or you can use PayPal to transfer funds directly from your bank account.
No refunds on custom orders and commissions. All sales are final.
Refunds on online purchases are offered in full if pieces are returned in original condition and returned within 3 days after time of purchase. Buyer pays for return shipping. Otherwise all sales are final.
Damage during shipment: All works are professionally packaged with the utmost care. All work is shipped using the insurance option. If a driver delivers a package that appears damaged in any way - REFUSE the shipment. If the package is in good condition but when you open it your items are damaged, your items are fully insured and you will receive a full refund, 100% money back guarantee.

project based on amount of time and materials involved in creating each
custom piece.

Photography Services Price List*
My Creative Fee is $150.00
This includes an hour to an hour and a half of my time for the photo
session at a location of your choice. Images are captured in color in a
digital format which allows me full creative freedom in your finished
portraits. There is no extra charge for black and white, sepia or basic
hand-coloring. Basic touch-ups are also included.
Proofs will be made available either as printed contact sheets or in a book that may be purchased (4x6 prints).

Proof books may be purchased for $100. A variety of styles are
available. Custom made books are available and a price quote will be
given at time of order.
All prints are done with fade-resistant archival quality inks and
papers. This combination of ink and media is guaranteed by the
manufacturer to make photos that last up to 100-200 years according to
normal conditions in which they are displayed or stored.
A glossy or matte finish is available. All paper stock is professional grade and quality.
